BioRep has designed and developed its own monitoring and control systems for biobanks, operational H24 365 days a year, able to manage equipment and plants related to all phases of reception, processing and storage of biological samples. The systems allow a punctual and continuous control of the operating parameters and related alarms such as the low oxygen content detection system, the access control system, the video surveillance system, the liquid nitrogen distribution system and all the equipment in the cryobiological room and in the processing laboratories (cryobiological containers, mechanical refrigerator-freezers, cold rooms, incubators, etc.).

These systems also allow the control of the structure remotely and are able to alert the staff available or service by sending e-mails, SMS and calls, ensuring the total safety of the operator and the biological material stored.

They are robust systems, based on industrial components, redundant, fully customizable on specific customer requirements, valid according to CFR 21 part 11 EU GMP, GAMP5 and comply with current national and international regulations and guidelines regarding the cryopreservation of biological material and the creation of biobanks.
